Ordering

Orders must be placed by email or fax.

To be sure of our being able to accept an order your order must be placed before the deadline time, which is 3 days prior to the day at 16.00pm.  All orders may be delivered up to one hour before the required time

Numbers & Special Diets

All prices quoted are for the specified number of guests. The final number of guests to be advised 2 days prior to the event. It will be the responsibility of KPB catering to do its utmost to accommodate any increase in numbers. The minimumamount payable will remain the final number as advised 2 days prior to the event. Any special dietary requirement must be notified to KPB catering 3 days prior to the event. Our prices exclude VAT.

Range and Availability

All goods and ingredients are offered subjects to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or is of insufficient quality to be provided for a clients function, we reserve the right to make a substitution. Wherever possible the client will be notified of any changes. Food substitutions may have to be made without notice, particularly for late orders.

Access

KPB Catering will require reasonable access to the area of event in order to deliver and collect our equipment. This includes the use of lifts to upper and lower floors, the use of loading bays and vehicular access.

Damage or Loss and Items left behind

The client is responsible for any damage, breakage loss to any property of KPB catering or property hired . For the client’s function, however cause and will be charged at the full replacement value. This applies to the period delivery and collection. KPB Catering cannot accept responsibility for items left behind by client, guests or other attending the venue and will routinely dispose of menus, decoration etc and perishable items. If the client wishes to vary this, KPB Catering must have a written notice in advance. In this instance KPB Catering will reserve the right to charge for storage or safe keeping of all items and articles.

Cancellation

All orders cancelled or reduced after 16.00pm prior to the day will be charged at50%. All orders cancelled or reduced after 08.00am same day will be charged in full.

Delivery
A delivery fee will be applicable to all London city Area between the hours of 07:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are possible but please call to discuss arrangements.

There is no minimum order for home delivery but a small serviced charge of £5.00 will be made. if an order is less than £20.00 net of VAT.
